  • Our standard rates for non-contract customers is as follows:

  • Service Trip

    • $145 an hour, one hour minimum, parts not included, trip charge fee applies for out of town
    • Service calls for issues resulting from machine misuse are chargable regardless of contract

  • In-Shop Equipment Service

    • $85 an hour, one hour minimum, parts not included, customer must drop off and pick up equipment
    • Service calls for issues resulting from machine misuse are chargable regardless of contract

  • For IT and Networking Related Issues:

    • $145 an hour, one hour minimum, includes both phone support and service trips
    • IT and Networking is not included in a service contract but can be added on for an additional cost per computer
